About this app

Developed for the National Agency for Agricultural and Rural Advisory Services (ANCAR), this application supports Rural Agricultural Advisors (CARs) in the complete digitalization of their field missions: diagnosis of producer organizations (POs), automatic scoring, recommendations, and development plans.

NO MORE EXCEL WORKBOOKS
Until now, each PO diagnosis was entered into an Excel file, with versions circulating via USB drive or email, without a centralized database. This application replaces this process with a single, reliable tool that complies with the ANCAR-approved National Guide for Digital Diagnosis of POs.

WORKS OFFLINE (OFFLINE FIRST)
Designed for field use, the application allows CARs to work normally in areas with poor network coverage: producer enrollment, complete diagnosis, taking photos and evidence, and GPS geolocation. All data is stored locally and then automatically synchronized as soon as a connection becomes available, with resumption in case of interruption.

PRODUCER ENROLLMENT
Create a profile for each producer supported by ANCAR: identity, contact information, location, affiliated organization, and main activities. Search, view, and update profiles are available at any time, with automatic duplicate detection upon synchronization.

SMART ASSESSMENT OF PRODUCTION PRODUCTION ORGANIZATIONS (PPOs)
The questionnaire covers 7 themes and 31 sub-themes (governance and leadership, administrative and financial management, member services, partnerships, economic development, operational performance, innovation, and resilience). It dynamically adapts to the answers provided, displays the scoring criteria and expected evidence for each question, and can be saved locally as a draft at any time.

AUTOMATIC SCORING AND CLASSIFICATION
Upon completion of the assessment, the application calculates the score for each theme, the overall score, and the PPO's organizational maturity index, then automatically classifies it into five levels (A to E). The results are recalculated and certified server-side upon synchronization, guaranteeing a consistent diagnosis and score across the entire ANCAR territory.

RECOMMENDATIONS AND DEVELOPMENT PLANS
Based on identified weaknesses, the application generates prioritized recommendations, which the advisor can refine with their field observations before validation. These recommendations are then transformed into a comprehensive development plan: strategic directions, actions, responsible parties, deadlines, monitoring indicators, and alerts in case of delays.

FIELD ACTIVITY TRACKING
Each visit, mission, or training session is recorded with a timestamp and automatic geolocation, providing the advisor with a clear history of their work and ANCAR with an accurate view of the activity deployed in the field.

SECURITY AND RELIABILITY
Secure authentication with offline login after successful initial setup, encrypted passwords, unique identifiers generated for each offline record, and complete action traceability.

This mobile application works seamlessly with ANCAR's web-based monitoring and reporting platform, feeding data into four-level decision-making dashboards (Rural Agricultural Advisor, Regional Advisor, and National) that are updated in real time upon synchronization.
