Ratings and reviews

After trying to login for hours nothing happens. I enter my credentials and system accepts it but sends me back to login page again without any warning or message. Nobody cares about problem l have contacted. This is creating extra stress for a person who is going throgh illness.

After confirming the phone number and finishing with the personal info and accepting the terms, when I press next to finish the process, it says and error has Occurred. I trying go log in through the android app as well as the ios app, but the same problem continues on happening over and over
