Manage your arrival and departure from work from your phone with MLS ProMobil.

MLS ProMobil is the mobile application for your organization's MLS ProSystem personnel tracking and access control system. It's designed for entry and exit, viewing past entries, and tracking your daily attendance status.

TWO WAYS TO ENTER AND EXIT
Scan the encrypted QR code on your phone when passing through the turnstile. If there is no turnstile, create your record with a single touch by detecting your location for construction site, field, or branch visits. You can change whether you are entering or exiting with a single touch.

YOUR PASSAGES AT YOUR FINGERTIPS
All your entries for today or the date range you choose are at your fingertips. Which door, which device, and at what time you passed is recorded. The answer to the question "What time did I enter this morning?" is just two touches away.

DAILY ATTENDANCE
Summary of the day: your first entry, your last exit, and your total number of entries during the day. If you have the permission, you can also see your team's attendance/absence status on the same screen.

YOUR PROFILE
Your company, department, division, position, title, and location information remain up-to-date with your organization's system.

ON PHONE AND TABLET
Designed separately for phones and 7-inch and 10-inch tablets. The interface is entirely in Turkish.

BEFORE YOU START
MLS ProMobil is a corporate application; it does not work standalone. To use it, MLS ProSystem must be installed at your organization and a user account must be assigned to you. You will receive your username and password from your HR or IT department; you will be asked to change your password upon your first login. If your organization does not have the system, you can contact us for information and a demo.

YOUR LOCATION AND PRIVACY
Your location is only recorded as a single record at the time you initiate an entry/exit or QR code transaction. The application does not track you in the background or monitor your location throughout the day. Your records are stored on your organization's own server; Your employer is responsible for this data.
