About this app

Aligned Showings is an appointment system designed for Real Estate professionals. Created and cultured by forward-thinking multiple listing services (MLS), this application lets the user manage showing and other appointments related to their listing inventory.

Integration with the MLS is provided and advanced features like custom listing setup messages, routes etc... are found throughout the app.
Sellers can be added to approve/deny appointment requests and much, much more.

Not user friendly for setting up routes and multiple showings.

I sent an email blast to all showing agents of a listing through the apps broadcast feature, letting them know an offer had been received. I specifically deselected the agent from which an the offer had been received. The notice went out to all showing agents, including the agent I deselected. This glitch made me look bad and I'm not happy. Please fix this bug.

I am not a realtor. I am a seller. This notification app needs major updating. When selling and opening a home to the public, this app needs to be more professional. I would like to be able to see a profile of the realtor and be able to rate and review how they did at my home. I have had realtors come in and leave doors unlocked. I've had realtors schedule an appointment and not show up or show up an hour late. They are displacing my family and not showing respect to sellers.
