Used to be excellent, became trash. Waited 3 hours for an order, which the restaurant told us was ready in an hour, no answer from customer service. Gave them another chance while I was at work with a friend. Exactly same situation, only customer service said order was delivered when it wasn't! Have heard similar complaints from others, and they are deleting comments on FB and IG. Don't offer a service you can't provide adequately. Horrible customersupport.Deleted after multiple disappointments.

If in PR, use this app over others. The quality of the restaurants is top. The app is easy to use and friendly to the eyes. The last star is missing because It doesn't have a location map of restaurants for when orders are picked up rather than delivered. Never had a bad experience with it.

I registered via Facebook and then I wasn't logged in. I tried again and got an error that I already have an account. I went to sign in and there was no Facebook button. Has anyone tested this app? How could you miss these bugs? It's very hard to use. The developer is really, really bad at his job.
