Ratings and reviews

So far so good. One really annoying thing however is not being able to save my preferred view when I open the app. I would like to be able to see all of my cameras on the first screen but there is no way to do this or even save the 9 camera view! annoying to open the app to view my cameras when I am away but have to click a bunch of things just to see them. Other apps allow you to save a preferred view so this is a much needed enhancement!

Playback still doesn't work 90% of the time on this app. That's a MASSIVE bug and one of the main reasons I don't sell it. Desktop is better but still has video issues. A monitor is great but unrealistic to expect a customer to use

We are a dealer, the app itself works very well. self intuitive and overall has a decent look to it. There is however a problem that we have discovered. Samsung model s22 when setting up the site you cannot change the user from admin to anything else. Customers do not want their admin password given out to other users.
