So far so good. One really annoying thing however is not being able to save my preferred view when I open the app. I would like to be able to see all of my cameras on the first screen but there is no way to do this or even save the 9 camera view! annoying to open the app to view my cameras when I am away but have to click a bunch of things just to see them. Other apps allow you to save a preferred view so this is a much needed enhancement!

I like about 90%. It seems to work well but at times it glitches. I'm using an R6 64 channel NVR. There are times where the app will say no recording found and I start to wonder if I told that channel not to record! Closing the the app and opening sometimes fixes the issue. Eventually it works, but I need it to work every time! And the app saying my phone doesn't have memory to for the HD view is ridiculous. The hardware seems really good. Fix the bugs. This app hasn't updated since January!

We are a dealer, the app itself works very well. self intuitive and overall has a decent look to it. There is however a problem that we have discovered. Samsung model s22 when setting up the site you cannot change the user from admin to anything else. Customers do not want their admin password given out to other users.
