• This app uses a data stream that will connect to your device via Wifi or 3G/4G. When using 3G/4G connection you mobile phone service provider will likely consider the video footage from your DVR as “downloads” and will contribute to any download usage and limits your mobile phone data plan you have. If you exceed your plan limits you may incur further additional charges. Please consult your service provider regarding the use of video streaming and the impact this may have on your data allowances. Yale will not be responsible for any charges you may incur for usage of this App.

Ratings and reviews

Got even worse since last review, refuses to play back video when abroad both in Android and Apple versions. Doesn't cover Yale doorbell (need to have another app for that), can't change settings on CCTV (have to do that on the box). AI sensing is terrible, going off all the time or not at all depending on your limited settings, alarms on spiders, sunrise, flapping covers or swaying branches! No way to report issues in app directly.

I sort of came to term that yale app is poor. But, to my surprise, after years of no updates, we finally got one. Guess what, its even worse than before. Latest version becomes unresponsive the moment you open it. Do not update!

Following the latest update I can no longer see the record or image from my notification. Only the thumbnails are visible and when I try to open the image there are no records. it was fine before the update!
