The app is janky AF. Doesn't allow you to select a specific time to view and the slider is the worst UI I have ever used. Even when the device does record, it's patchy and just stops midway through viewing leaving you on the 99% loading. Save your money and buy a Ring camera. Stick to making locks Yale - your cameras are rubbish. 1 out of 10.

App is glitchy, video doesn't play smoothly. Some cameras produce a very crackly, scratchy background noise. Disconnecting and connecting camera to another network is a nightmare - if you manage to get the cameras working, don't try to tamper with your settings - it's not worth it. Even with a hard ethernet connection they're difficult to get working again. The cameras do work and being able to pan and tilt is good, but if I'd known how much hassle they'd be, I'd have gone with another brand.

Recently the app won't load properly when away from the home network. It gets stuck on 99% for the CCTV system and the IP camera. It seems it's trying to load in a future time by about 1-2 mins you have to rewind it back 5 or so mins then bring it forward to as close to live time as possible. on the home WiFi it has no issues. tried on Sony xperia and Google pixel.
