Not impressed. The major problem is event alerts. The app intermittently notifies the user of motion detection, sometimes it just doesn't. When motion is detected it says "no record" until the alrt is approx 3 minutes old, for example if a person were to break in to my property and did so faster that the app will load the live feed then I will have to wait 3 minutes to find out. This is a shame as the Yale camera hardware is decent but the app has put me off the brand.

I love the floodlight camera, but the app just let's it down. Brilliant having the storage locally on SD but it's very slow to load. The thumbnails are forever disappearing so you have no idea what triggered the camera without opening and waiting for it to load. Can't click on a notification and expect to see it, this doesn't open the app and doesn't load the most recent trigger. Also, forever being notified of rain!!! Any time it rains, constant stream of notifications. Infuriating!

Useless forcing me to register. I spent hundreds on my Yale cctv setup and days wiring it and setting it up. Now my phone has been updated and suddenly my app is "no longer supported" and I've forced to download this junk and create an account. I don't want an account or another damned password waiting to be hacked and shared with the world. And get this...the previous version you won't install because it's "not compatible" works fine on other devices. Just blocked by you on Android 14. Appalled
