Been 2 weeks since I started my case with this guys. All I get from the are message numbers. Paralegal just another number to leave a message on. Kinda crazy saying you're for the people and never call anyone back. My case stuck in Limbo, I can't afford to wait another week to ACTUALLY TALK TO SOMEONE. The app suck and the communication is dead.

Keeps saying a code was sent to email. Never got a code. Kept trying and trying. Nothing!

very good app, but if your phone gets shut off, you can't get back on your app because it, (code to get back in), is being sent to that number. no other way to get back in. just resend code. and since getting hit by car on bicycle is hard to work and pay bills, so I had to go homeless and can't afford phone which is only 25 dollars. sad but true,, please give us another option like email or something.

- A bug has been fixed where users would sometimes have to answer a questionnaire in the app again despite having given the information to their legal team over the phone at an earlier point.
