WorkTracker is an application for managing service and field teams. It helps dispatchers and managers track work hours, assign shifts, and generate detailed reports—all in real time.

Time Tracking
Service technicians start and end work with a single click. The application tracks hours worked with a live timer.

Smart Schedule
Dispatchers assign shifts via the web panel or app. Service technicians see their schedules in a clear monthly calendar view. Supports shift types: day, night, and free.

Automatic Session Management
When NeverLate mode is enabled, the system automatically starts and ends work sessions according to the assigned schedule—without manual intervention. Push notifications inform you of schedule changes.

Geotab Integration
Connect to your company's Geotab account to view vehicle locations, route history, fuel levels, and DVIR reports directly in the application. Automatic switching between personal and work modes.

Monthly Reports
Detailed breakdowns of hours worked, broken down by regular and overtime hours. Export to Excel (XLSX) or email.

Web Dashboard for Dispatchers
Managers and dispatchers have access to an extensive dashboard:

Access Control
The system supports multiple roles: Admin, Dispatcher, Supervisor, and Service Technician. Each role sees only what they need—service technicians see their own data, while dispatchers manage the entire team.

Push Notifications
Receive notifications about shift starts and ends, as well as schedule changes. Background processing ensures notifications are delivered even when the application is closed.

Offline Mode
Work sessions are saved locally and synchronized with the server once connection is restored. No data is lost when you lose network coverage.

Android Widget
Start and end work directly from the home screen using the widget—without opening the app.
