totally frustrating to use. it freezes, does not recognise login details, blocks access and often will not load at all. useless

This app could be great, but there's issues so damn often it's unbearable. Just recently, I haven't been able to log in to my account due to "the app being unavailable for technical reasons" for four (!) days. This wouldn't be too grave if this wasn't a banking app, but all these bugs and technical issues basically freeze banking operations, and make it extremely unreliable. I'm honestly considering changing banks due to how terrible my user experience has been so far (both on the app and site).

Mixing English and French language within the app, direct link to finance products doesn't work, home screen is too busy and putting more emphasis on the advisor contact than the actual account balance summary. On a positive note, being able to access financial product information and overview is a plus (if it worked) as well as the neat budget category functionality (haven't tested yet how well it works). Overall, I preferred the HSBC app mostly due to the more simple and intuitive interface.

You can now:

View the details of your KOREGE life wrap insurance, from the "All my savings" screen.
Update your investor profile from the "Profile investor" menu.
Set up alerts on all your current accounts from the "Settings / My management with Budget 360" menu.
You will soon be able to authenticate with the Centre de Relations Clients CCF using your trusted device.
