their document policy sucks, I had made a booking through them and just because my aadhar no. doesn't have updated mobile no. they said they can't verify my document and cancelled my booking one hour prior to schedule departure. I hope they should incorporate some exceptions as we all make prior bookings for almost everything nowadays and after the recent incidence it's hard to rely on Avis services because of them I already had to cancel my other bookings.

I used Avis chauffeur-driven car rentals for my office transfers and was thoroughly impressed. The car was clean and well-maintained, and the driver was courteous. The ride was smooth and I was able to get my work done during the drive. I would definitely recommend Avis to anyone looking for a reliable and convenient way to travel for business purposes.

Avis provides the worst service I have ever experienced from a car rental. I wish I had read the reviews before using this app. Please DO NOT download this app if you really want to go ahead with your plans. They have a knack for cancelling bookings at the last moment simply because they were too lazy to deliver the car. Their ill-trained staff have no idea how to handle documents, and they don't even know how to talk to customers. We are not even sure if we are going to get our money back.
