I liked being able to monitor our home's air quality and filter life. However, when it came time to replace the filters, I was only able to get a regular filter. Unfortunately, neither the app nor the website was able to set up a manual replacement reminder, nor was either one at all helpful. Therefore, I will be deleting the app from my phone as well as my account and shall resume writing manual monthly reminders on my calendar to check the filters.

This is a so so app. I'm a former IT specialist, hardware and software support. I've tried everything to get this app to reconnect with the Filtrete Air Purifier to no avail. Restarting the phone, unplugging the Air Purifier, etc. I did not find any trouble-shooting FAQ to help with that. After more than an hour working on this I finally uninstalled and re-installed the App. This fixed the problem. Very disappointed in the app. Nice filter unit but the smart tech is not ready for prime time.

Good app. It would be nice to have some sort of indicator that shows if the app is actively in communication with the panel filter sensor vs a notification stating that it hasn't been able to communicate with the sensor. It's hard to tell when and if it has reconnected.
