Very frustrating and useless right from the get go. Signed up using my email and phone number. Got the phone number verified. Did not receive any email from Mitsubishi. Couldnt login as it seems I input the "wrong" details. I already tried forgot password, STILL NO EMAIL. And now I'm gonna end this review with my first sentence. Get this fixed. You have tons of customers complaining already about the issues of this app.

APP IS USELESS. The selected service center, MITSUBISHI GATEWAY FAIRVIEW, did not follow the booked schedule. There were no email to confirm the booking. They simply said that I, the client's phone line is not reachable. What's the purpose of the app if the scheduled booking was not followed? Perhaps the service center I chose were simply mediocre.

Poor performance, poor UX, Very inconvenient to use. You have to enter your vehicle details everytime you book a service. So annoying. Sometimes after entering all details of the vehicle, it just suddenly stops working then you'll have to start typing the lengthy required details. And you have to login everytime you use the app. Waste of time.
