very frustrating to use, not user friendly. for example, in the home button, it would list different model of cars which are of no use to the user. What a user would expect in the home button is a summary or transaction history of services done to the user's unit. It is quite hard to locate in the app where is your active booking requests. during initial installation, the user will be immediately presented with ads instead of how to use the app or at least an instruction on creating an account.

Poor performance, poor UX, Very inconvenient to use. You have to enter your vehicle details everytime you book a service. So annoying. Sometimes after entering all details of the vehicle, it just suddenly stops working then you'll have to start typing the lengthy required details. And you have to login everytime you use the app. Waste of time.

APP IS USELESS. The selected service center, MITSUBISHI GATEWAY FAIRVIEW, did not follow the booked schedule. There were no email to confirm the booking. They simply said that I, the client's phone line is not reachable. What's the purpose of the app if the scheduled booking was not followed? Perhaps the service center I chose were simply mediocre.
