very frustrating to use, not user friendly. for example, in the home button, it would list different model of cars which are of no use to the user. What a user would expect in the home button is a summary or transaction history of services done to the user's unit. It is quite hard to locate in the app where is your active booking requests. during initial installation, the user will be immediately presented with ads instead of how to use the app or at least an instruction on creating an account.

Booking was ok. But service completed 9am. App notified me 11 30 AM. Service advisor did not even notify me service was done. 😮‍💨 wasting time.

Worthless piece of App! Could not even successfully book a service appointment and ended up as a walk-in customer despite the pandemic.Complained this to the CASA and they even recommended not to use it and just call directly.for the REAL booking. The App is very unstable, freezes very often. It's a waste.of time and effort.
