Profund is a comprehensive platform that connects investors interested in investing in real estate with project developers who want to raise funds for their real estate projects.  All projects hosted on the Profund platform have collateral. In addition, there is no risk of temporary interruption of repayment by the project implementer. By dividing the real estate into Ti2 (¼ of 1 sq.m.) and reducing the investment unit, it is possible to invest in the real estate project with a small amount. A chance to get the full return on the period you own when you trade your investment to others ahead of time.
