FocusLock is a self-commitment focus timer for studying, reading, and deep work.

When you complete a session, your current accumulated focus time grows. If you leave the app during a session and do not return within your grace period, the current accumulated focus time resets to zero. It does not block other apps at the OS level; it helps you pause before leaving by making the cost visible.
