About this app

Stanko is an application for managing residential communities. Instead of Viber groups, paper notifications and lost documents, everything is in one place, the building board, votes, documents, fault reports and service contacts.

What Stanko enables:

- Notifications and bulletin board: the administrator publishes important notifications, and you receive them immediately, with push notifications.
- Polls and polls: decide on building issues quickly and transparently, without meetings.
- Report defects: report a defect with a photo and track the status of the solution.
- Documents and archives: regulations, decisions, minutes and voting results are always available to you.
- Clear roles: manager, owner and tenant, everyone sees what they need.
