Button is a 3D bluffing board game for two. Of your eight pieces, four are button pieces that can press a button and four are bombs. Only you know which is which: to your opponent all eight look the same.

■ Three ways a match ends
• Press the opponent's button with a button piece — you win
• Capture all four of their button pieces — you win
• Capture four bombs — you lose. Each bomb you take breaks one of your hearts

■ Bluff, read, push
A piece only shows what it is once it is captured. March a bomb forward like a button piece, and go after the piece your opponent hesitates over. A match takes minutes; the reading never ends.

■ Ways to play
• Practice — straight into a match against the practice opponent, no tutorial needed
• Ranked — climb against players of your level
• Friends — a four-digit code and you're playing
• Collection — thirty-six designs. Win, and you take the design your opponent played with
• Twelve places — from a floating island to a cat's back, choose where the board stands

■ Good to know
• Online game: an internet connection is required
• An ad may appear between matches, after one has ended. Never during a match
