Helpful during an outage, but is overall a very sluggish app. It's evident that it's a web app at the core, and loading pages like the map is not a quick process - especially when you're in an outage dealing with slow cellular.

pretty pointless when it just brings you to the website and kicks you off the app makes you sign in multiple times if you switch to different things from the app

Outage map always say all is well, WRONG! Weather left 12 hours ago and still no crews out here. Really can't wait to not be under the thumb of this company anymore...apparently also constantly says there's a new version though the app store says it's up to date...
