Helpful during an outage, but is overall a very sluggish app. It's evident that it's a web app at the core, and loading pages like the map is not a quick process - especially when you're in an outage dealing with slow cellular.

Outage map always say all is well, WRONG! Weather left 12 hours ago and still no crews out here. Really can't wait to not be under the thumb of this company anymore...apparently also constantly says there's a new version though the app store says it's up to date...

I've never left a review for an app before, but this app is laughably useless. Every link in the app just directs you to their browser website. I downloaded the app because their site is garbage on mobile. Why does this app exist if all it does is direct you to their website? Haha
