About this app

MNSKey is the home search app for Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area, from Mehran Salehian, Sales Representative with HomeLife Landmark Realty Inc., Brokerage.

Search every home on the MLS® System in Toronto and the GTA, updated every few minutes:

• Homes for sale and for rent across Toronto, York, Peel, Durham and Halton
• Map search with prices on the map
• Filters for price, bedrooms, bathrooms, parking, houses or condos, and special searches: basement apartments, multiplexes, price reductions, open houses, pools, ravine lots, waterfront, power of sale
• Neighbourhood filters: walk to the subway, near a GO station, schools nearby, parks, walkable streets, outside flood areas
• Search by monthly budget: tell us what you can pay each month and see every home where the mortgage, CMHC insurance, property tax, condo fees and running costs fit
• Sold and leased prices, and the history of every address (free account, as MLS® rules require)
• Save homes and searches, and get email alerts for new listings and price drops
• Monthly cost estimate, open houses, price history, rooms and similar homes for every listing
• Book a showing or ask a question in one tap
• English and Farsi (فارسی)

Your account works on the app and on www.mnskey.com: saved homes and alerts are the same everywhere.
