About this app

Dear natural gas customers of Egyptian companies, the application provides you with:

First: Recording your gas meter reading (Natgas, Town Gas, Petrotrade).

Saving the 16-digit meter reading, meaning you won't need to enter it every month (in the latest update).

Second: The ability to pay bills.

Third: The ability to submit complaints.

Fourth: Providing instructions to facilitate the meter reading process.

Note: We do not represent any of the three companies or any government entity.

Petrometer

This is a new initiative from Petrotrade, designed to facilitate gas meter readings, bill calculation, and bill payment for its customers. It also aims to open a new communication channel between Petrotrade and its customers.

Ratings and reviews

The app is not working when I try to access it outside Egypt (UAE) . Kindly update the system to allow me to access the app and pay my bills while I am traveling abroad.

No way to pay through visa seems they always purposingly not accepts visa, deceiving ads that it is available but never proceed in payment

Worst app ever. It's literally junk, The previous app was working just fine until February 2026. I installed this new app and deleted it several times, but it never worked!!, even after the apology message that claims that it was a "server issue, and was solved!!". It's not even an official petrotrade company's app. It seems more likely a fishing app, so be careful. I wonder who is behind it!?. ضللت بتروتريد عملائها بتطبيق مزيف لإجبارهم على دفع جنيه ونصف/دقيقة لتسجيل القراءة بالهاتف.
