The mobileServiceManager app for Android offers the option of completing the process from order to invoice without paper, thereby saving manual work steps in order processing. The integration into existing company solutions takes place via web interface with XML data.
The most important general functions of the app for Android are:
• Accept digitally transmitted orders with all information on the smartphone / tablet
• Start the navigation from the order with the address transfer to the navigation app
• Process orders, create positions, enter material or texts from mobile master data
• Fill out measured values / checklists
• Have the customer electronically sign and complete the order
• Location and tracking: current position and history of the vehicles
Depending on the configuration in the portal, the app can perform different additional functions very flexibly:
• Departure control and defect reports based on individual checklists
• Detailed recording of data for refueling
• Loading equipment exchange and tracking for electronic recording and management of a wide variety of loading equipment
• Swap body management to record and manage the exact location of the swap bodies
• Delivery scanning
• Add photos for documentation purposes
The mobileServiceManager app from version 2.1.101 replaces the previously additionally offered mobileFleetManager app.
