This app sucks, slow to load, the features I get emails about aren't working properly, and it's hard to navigate. At check in they don't give you any tutorial on it and so you're forced to figure it out. Also, even though I had 2 people in my room, it would only let me order room service for the 1 maximum. Had to call instead..

I found an old version (7.3.11) on apkmirror that works much better than the newest version, but still has many issues issues. It requires you to contact concierge to book reservations. Why not show which restaurants have availablity so we can be specific when we call concierge? Also, room service breakfast is available starting at 7am, but I can't even order ahead of time. If I wake at 630, I should be able to order even if it won't come until later. Just hold the order in queue until 7am.

This app is the difference in understanding your resort and taking advantage of all it has to offer, and being thoroughly confused and frustrated. In an all inclusive environment where different tiers of bookings determine what and where you can do and go, this app handles it all. It will even navigate you to each and every location; such as cafes, restaurants, bars, pools, the beach, activities, etc... This app would have 5 stars except it was glitchy and crashed multiple times.
