It's a good start but needs a little work. Spa appointments aren't showing up but dinner reservations are, a day late though. The activities boards located around the hotel are not in sync with activities showing on the app. It offers language options but it would also be nice to select weather degrees in farenheit and 12 or 24 hour clock. And once where I was looking at something in the app in English but when I switched to look at something else in the app, it was Spanish.

This app sucks, slow to load, the features I get emails about aren't working properly, and it's hard to navigate. At check in they don't give you any tutorial on it and so you're forced to figure it out. Also, even though I had 2 people in my room, it would only let me order room service for the 1 maximum. Had to call instead..

I found an old version (7.3.11) on apkmirror that works much better than the newest version, but still has many issues issues. It requires you to contact concierge to book reservations. Why not show which restaurants have availablity so we can be specific when we call concierge? Also, room service breakfast is available starting at 7am, but I can't even order ahead of time. If I wake at 630, I should be able to order even if it won't come until later. Just hold the order in queue until 7am.
