Kiosks don't scan our rewards code, had to wait in line and waste half an hour of time we should have been spending on rides just to buy our tickets from a human. Even then, the bar code wouldn't work. This app needs a lot of help. No point in spending so much time to get "rewards".... Very disappointing when there are any other options for indoor play in the area.

This app has continuous problems. I paid for a premium membership, but I have had trouble uploading several receipts. They are declined even though it was for a purchase at the mall. Now, it will not process them at all. It just says "upload error" and gives no options. I texted the number provided in the app for both of these issues. They say to contact someone else via email, but the email response is not prompt. The time that it takes to follow it all through is not worth it.

Ok so listen, the list feature is pretty dope, and if there was a way to select all your faved shops/restaurants and have it map out a route for you to hit all of them, that would be even more dope. Another thing... the method for selecting a DOB is hella tedious. If yall could make it so we can manually select each field and enter the information instead of having to flip through years of months, that would be the dopest.
