Terrible app. You might think the map will be helpful, but there's no legend to describe what any of the stores are. the directory has all the stores, sure, but it does not even say where they're located. You're better off searching the Internet for a map that is actually helpful. There is literally no point to this other than pretending you're a cool store because they have an app.

If you are a visiting tourist, don't bother. A membership makes zero sense for a non-local, so I cannot speak for those features. I was really hoping for an interactive map like the directory kiosks have. Instead you get a tiny static image that has no useful labels at all. A real disappointment. Uninstalling.

This app has continuous problems. I paid for a premium membership, but I have had trouble uploading several receipts. They are declined even though it was for a purchase at the mall. Now, it will not process them at all. It just says "upload error" and gives no options. I texted the number provided in the app for both of these issues. They say to contact someone else via email, but the email response is not prompt. The time that it takes to follow it all through is not worth it.
