App does not work consistently. I have to uninstall and reinstall everytime I want to open the app. The app also has bugs as it does not allow me to scroll to the bottom, and I can't see the info at the bottom as it doesnt scroll past the options. It gives great detail of your account info and the transactions, but those above issues are very annoying.

I'm not able to access a service that allows me to put credit on my phone. The COB app to my knowledge was made for the convenience of its customers but if not all services are accessible to their customers, how can we then experience full satisfaction? I also was unable to send funds to outside banks despite earlier that week I was successful in transferring funds, so I don't really know how that works 🌝

Absolutely HORRIBLE! Too often have I had to delete and re-download this app (at the advice of the credit union itself). I've heard absurd excuses for the inefficiency of this app such as, "A Series phones don't work with the app" (which i don't have) down to, "Samsung phones in general don't work with the app". COB needs to invest in getting the bugs in their app fixed
