App does not work consistently. I have to uninstall and reinstall everytime I want to open the app. The app also has bugs as it does not allow me to scroll to the bottom, and I can't see the info at the bottom as it doesnt scroll past the options. It gives great detail of your account info and the transactions, but those above issues are very annoying.

Absolutely HORRIBLE! Too often have I had to delete and re-download this app (at the advice of the credit union itself). I've heard absurd excuses for the inefficiency of this app such as, "A Series phones don't work with the app" (which i don't have) down to, "Samsung phones in general don't work with the app". COB needs to invest in getting the bugs in their app fixed

My experience is very much as described by the majority of users. My question is ..what is being done to improve our experience?" It is truly unreasonable to have us spend so much time attempting to use the app. I am late paying bills because I cannot access the app.
