Nomu Pay is the ideal payment method via mobile phone, as the Nomu Pay application enables you to save all your bank cards on your smartphone and use the application to shop from stores and markets that provide point-of-sale devices on the Nomu network, while keeping all your information and banking data securely within the application during Payment process. تطبيق ممتاز وسهل الاستخدام أتمنى إضافة إمكانية مسح رمز QR من الصور أو لقطات الشاشة، وليس فقط بالكاميرا وكذلك خيار التحقق أو الدفع عبر البريد الإلكتروني، وليس رقم الهاتف فقط، خصوصاً عند الدفع أو الشحن أثناء السفر. التطبيق واعد جداً وبانتظار التحديثات القادمة Great and easy to use app It would be even better if QR codes could be scanned from saved images/screenshots, not only the camera, and if payments could be verified or sent using email, not just phone numbers—especially useful while travel

The main issue is the lack of timely refunds at grocery stores. When a card transaction is declined, the system still deducts the full amount from the customer’s account. The customer immediately receives a bank message confirming that the money was deducted. When you inform the cashier, they say to call customer service (Numo Pay / Moamalat). When you contact customer service, they claim that since the transaction was declined, the money is held by the POS machine. This creates an endless loop

I couldn't get passed the validation 1st step because the app kept asking me to put my phone number in starting with the 0 and it was rejecting it every time. I unstalled and installed several times and same thing. pretty useless app from the beginning
