I had left a one star review because the WiFi Hub only worked partially for about an hour. It wasn't able to update firmware and then stopped working entirely. I contacted the developer and received a response within half an hour at 10:20pm ET. It was deemed to be abnormal and he offered to make it right. Will update this to a 5 star review or downgrade depending on the outcome of the replacement. Customer service is top notch regardless!

Setup was a bit funky, I did the Wifi Hub first, then the sensor wouldn't connect. Closed the apps and was able to get the sensor paired, but only via bluetooth. Also, the wifi hub was gone. With the sensor paired, I installed it in the freezer and hooked up the wifi hub, but it never showed back up. About two hours later I was able to readd the wifi hub and it linked up with the sensor. All appears to be working normally now.

Slow to sync, even if right next to the sensor. App seems to freeze every time I try to sync data. Temp and humidity alerts seem to not function as well. Been using this for about 6 months and it seems to be getting worse. I am probably going to find different sensors and app.
