I can tell y'all are shipping improvements to the app often! it's much appreciated! I want to suggest one for your American users: I often do order for pickup at the grocery and can't always get meat by the count online. I need it listed by the lb or at least by weight in some way. It takes me some time to Google/calculate this for my shopping list. Also would love more light / vedge (tempeh/tofu) high protein meals!

I started a trial and before the trial was going to end I tried to cancel it because I it didn't work for me because of the glitches on the app. When I tried the access the app it didn't allow me to login. My card was charged. I contacted the company to explain the situation and they were so rude. Definitely do not recommend a company like this. so many glitches with their app and still want to charge .

I had signed up for this up and there was a glitch that resulted in my being charged for a trial. It took a few emails, but the developer looked into it and has addressed the glitch and I believe all impacted customers are receiving a refund now. I am not comfortable using the app, however, and am not continuing with my membership. I do recommend that the help team take issues like this more seriously. Until the developer got back to me, they were dusting their hands of the situation.
