[Introduction to Kakao Commuting]

The Mobble-Commuting application is a service that allows you to check the location, route, and bus stops of vehicles (buses) used for commuting, school, and work using your smartphone or computer.

This application provides convenience and safety to passengers by sending an arrival notification when the target vehicle set by the user enters the designated notification zone.

In addition, vehicle operators or managers can check the location of the vehicle, arrival notification, and passenger information to help with efficient management and optimization of the operation route.

[Required Service Usage]

※ This service is a service that can be used after installing a dedicated terminal on a vehicle (bus) used for commuting, school, and work and signing up for the Kakao Commuting service. You cannot download and use this application alone.

[Basic Service]

▶ (User Location Search) Application users can check their current location and check the nearest bus stop.

▶ (Vehicle Location and Information Search) You can check the location and route of the vehicle you are using.

▶ (Designate boarding stop) You can receive notifications about vehicles departing from the previous stop by designating the stop you will board at.

▶ (Setting notification zone and push notification) You can set a notification zone at any location and receive push notifications when a registered vehicle departs from the previous stop or enters the notification zone.
※ Notifications may be delayed in places where radio waves are not transmitted well, such as underground, in mountains, or around large buildings.

[Additional service]

A separate service application or terminal is required.

▶ (QR boarding pass) You can check the passenger's information by issuing a QR code boarding pass.
※ Only for vehicles with a QR reader installed in conjunction with this service

[Guidance on requested permissions when using the app]
※ The following permissions are not required, but may cause inconvenience in use if not allowed.

▶ Notification: This is required when receiving vehicle arrival notifications and guidance sent by the manager of the route you are using. If not allowed, you will not be able to receive arrival notifications and guidance.

▶ Location: Used when aligning the center of the map on the main screen to the user's current location. If not allowed, the current location may not be known and may be displayed in a random location.
