I hope this company realises the verification is too hard. I used many e-wallet apps, they just say take picture of card. No one ask to tilt it. I'm doing it for 3 days. And still cannot scan on time. Why you guys making it so hard to verify. If you don't like people use this app means just close down the company overall. Just refund my RM10 back to my bank. Too hard to verify also. Worst e-wallet ever.

Not a great experiece. 1. Have issues during verification. Basically try multiple times only then I managed to complete the registration. 2. Slow interface. Loading takes forever. Until now I'm not able to top up and activate my service. Forever loading. Why? Also, not able to save my profile... and again, why??

New update, need to verify again but the verification is not working. Initially won't detect ic, now can't even launch the camera keeps saying system error. Hope can rectify soon what is otherwise a good app/service. 1/10/21 update: still not rectify problem unable to detect ic. Poor app support. 1/10/2q update 2: I've contacted support multiple times. eKYC does not recognize myTen, discriminatory.
