Used this app for the last couple years and when I have a possible dental emergency all it shows is a blue screen and I can't do anything with it.

Once I downloaded the app, text notifications stopped. Verified my number thru the dental staff AND app.....still no change to receiving text alerts. So if I have to call to verify an appointment.....I don't need the app.

Password policy is bad. 10 character minimum length with 2 non letters means I can't use my normal password, which means I have to make up a new one which I have ZERO chance of remembering. This is a recipe for frustration and/or disaster.
