Online account opening:
- Open an account at Crédit du Maroc in a few simple steps, directly from your myCDM application and access a
range of attractive packs.

Online consumer credit application
- Submit your consumer credit application in just 15 minutes, completely independently from your application
myCDM, and receive a response within 1 hour.

Offers and promotions
- Explore current offers from the home screen of your myCDM application and don't miss any promotions.

CDM Secure:
- Activate the CDM Secure service to validate your transactions easily with a 6-digit e-code of your choice. Your
e-code can be modified or reset at any time from your myCDM application.

Transfers:
- Make instant transfers from your myCDM application to accounts opened with other banks in Morocco which
will be credited in 20 seconds. Choose from standard, scheduled or permanent transfers.

Foreign currency allocations:
- Instantly activate your personal travel allowance on your international bank card for your trips abroad as well
as your e-commerce allocation on your E-Buy card for your online purchases, from your myCDM application.

Transactional offer:
- Instantly activate transactional features in your myCDM application via the “Settings” section to
be able to make transfers, pay bills and much more.

Personal informations :
- Instantly modify your telephone number or contractual email from the “Settings” section of
your myCDM application.

CDM Express:
- Make funds instantly available to beneficiaries (Crédit du Maroc customers and non-customers) from your
myCDM application to be collected from an ATM or a Crédit du Maroc agency.

Connection with a trusted device and temporary phone:
- Enter a unique secret code sent by your bank for the first connection to your myCDM session. You can
register or remove one or more phones as a trusted device for added security.

Display of the banknote exchange table:
- Access today's rate to view banknote exchange rates.

Simulator for the conversion of the Moroccan dirham to the main foreign currencies:
- Use the foreign currency buying and selling simulator for the Moroccan dirham exchange.

Weekly transactional limit:
- Manage your weekly transactional limit, upwards and downwards, according to your financial needs from your application
myCDM.

Multi-user access:
- Easily access your different myCDM sessions by saving your login details.

Bill payments and recharges:
- Pay your bills and make top-ups with several national billers from your myCDM application.

Cards:
- View the details of bank card transactions, configure your withdrawal and payment limits, lock/
unlock your card and cancel your card, in the event of loss or theft, from your myCDM application.

Setting up instant notifications/alerts:
- Choose the instant notification channel, push and/or email. And this, by category of operations.

Ratings and reviews

-> The app gets stuck trying to connect after first logging attempt to change password ,i had to reopen it to work ! -> second time i logged in...locked my screen and after approximately 40 minutes i opened my screen than i saw "null" everywhere "my name and email and everything " shows as "null", i reopened the app and it works again Otherwise ,after the second time the app works without any issues for now. Also the app needs more features like "changing agency ". Also the Ad is frustrating !

A frustrating app. I had to uninstall it 4 times without any success. In this age of technology, a bank should be atleast able to offer a dessent app to its clients. Why bother if all the functions of this app are useless. Take an example from HSBC or STARTING BANK. Their apps are state of the art. They make clients life so easy.

Perfect banking services The new up date on CDM app worked the developer should add on more additional service carry out the collection and issuance of international transfers with global most useful services
