The Lydec 7/24 mobile application has a new look, is evolving and offers me even more digital features for a better user experience.
I can quickly access all my information and the e-services offered:
1. I consult my Dashboard which includes my contracts and my invoices, I pay my outstanding payments or that of a third party, I follow my consumption in value and volume;
2. I benefit from e-Services (e-Connection, e-Subscription and e-Cancellation) and follow their Back Office processing process remotely and in real time;
3. I benefit from advice for the optimal management of my consumption;
4. I file my requests (event, incident, claim, etc.) and follow the steps in their processing remotely;
5. I contact my adviser by getting in touch with by calling the Customer Relations Center on: 0522 31 20 20.
