It's absolutely ridiculous how the 'dark system' gets you throughout the game. You need to fix your matchmaking system, the heroes feel too unbalanced and so much going on like this. I've been pushing rank for hours only to either stay at the same level or go back and I hardly get a chance to go ahead. Even the team mates sometimes I get intentionally pick absolute wrong heroes and pretend like their pros and fail the team even complete objectives. Overall, it's just a waste of time.

The game is fun, but the matchmaking system is a big problem. Many matches feel unfair because teammates are often much weaker, which leads to repeated defeats and frustration. A game is enjoyable only when both teams are equally skilled, so everyone can play and contribute properly. Please fix this matchmaking issue. Even many users are requesting for this issue to be prevented. It's my humble request please.

this game is sucks. the game is highly depending on 1.skills. 2.teammates. 3. small ping ( good internet connection). but there is always glicth, bug or opposite team cheat type in this game never solve. for while ping get high and game stuck (game freeze) for a second, it happen multiple times in the battlefield all teammates have same issue and game easily lose no use of skill and experience when the internet connection is not smooth and main dark system of game is customercare Ai free chat..
