Worthless Smart phone App: It worked great, except minutes after checking in and getting a van assignment, the curbside employee told me that it was showing the wrong van assignment (!), No refresh button. Backed out & had to re sign in - vola! the correct van number. Uninstalled - I'll just ask their curbside employee next time
2+ hours wait before being stuffed with 10 passengers AVOID. 2 hours 15 minutes wait before being stuffed with 10 passengers. This long wait for the busiest route of JFK to Manhattan. The guest was feeling so miserable. AVOID.
App is a joke Travel is already stressful the additional conflicts of information between the app and online ETA garbage and "so called" locate van when it's not moving is maddening. Improve your app and computer updates. One says they are on Hwy other right out side? Really? Customer service is a B, overall I think I'll drive next time. Not sure. I hate extra stress.

Discounts don't work Discounts are applied correctly throughout the booking process, until you get to the last screen with the Book Now button. Then the discounts disappear and prices go back to the original level. Customer support, if you'd call it that, consists of saying 'just uninstall and reinstall.' Doing that 3 times didn't help.
