App is BS. Service is BS. At LAX, even if you have a paid reservation they don't honor it if they don't feel like it. Don't trust this service. You'll get screwed.
Garbage. Just like the company. I even called Super Shuttle directly and despite "only one call ahead of" me, I was on hold 10 min. There are plenty of other ground transportation options. Use those. It shows that if Super Shuttle is so incompetent that it lacks decent customer service in the age of Uber, then it is the last service I would hire for my ground transportation
Half an hour late picking me up, was on hold for 30 min trying to get an update on when I will get picked up, the app is completely useless - it dropped my reservation so I couldn't see updates, dispatcher arguing over the radio where everyone can hear. This company is completely unprofessional and unreliable.
App won't allow me to log onto an established account nor create a new one. Worthless.
Very bad service and unpolite workers. I will never use it again.one hour waiting for a shuttle!! Wtf
Installed and added phone number. Booked a ride. Unclear instructions for where to wait at JFK, picked a spot and waited for call. Driver has to waste time searching whole baggage claim area and yelling for us because app didnt give him phone number. Open profile and it shows all 0's until I add it again.
