Overall it was easy to use, but there was no confirmation of the number of passengers scheduled for the ride and it looked like it changed IADs address to one of its parking addresses in the final screen. So I'll have to call and confirm to make sure I was booked properly just to be sure. in a recent booking it also gave my street address for pickup. but no zip or city. Eventhough the map had the right area, I'm still not getting complete information confirmation. how does the driver know ?

I really enjoy using Super Shuttle, the drivers are very nice & safe drivers, I also like the fact that if your flight is delayed for any reason, Super Shuttle is on top of it and makes sure you are taken to your drop off point no matter the time, Super Shuttle takes care of its customers and treats you as such. App doesn't store the portion of the apartment location where I was located (i.e. apartment number, even though I entered it) and there's no way to add comments. But once the driver was on his way, the map function was great. I just had to hike through the apartment complex to the office with luggage because of the lack of address detail.
