Since the latest updates, the app is completely useless. App says I have not taken "No Trips Yet", somehow I get a bill every month for the three transponders on the account. In fact, I've taken 3 round trips this week on 407. Now website, app, and Cust Svc are useless when it comes to trip and billing info because none of them show billing or trip info until after 30-45 days.

I work in IT and I can't figure out how to add a second vehicle. I can't consolidate accounts. Don't bother with it, just add a payee to your bank account. Terrible app, deserves a ZERO

It keeps stopping. It doesn't reflect recent payments or show paid bills messages/notifications appropriately which made me pay one bill more than once. Terrible to keep using a code to verify information every time I log in or leave the app for seconds. it doesn't have biometrics. What is worse than the app is the website which could not match my information to let me see the bill.
