The sand is rising, the hatch is jammed, and something is already crawling down the pipe.
Kinfall is a match 3 puzzle game with a real falling sand simulation underneath. Every grain
you set loose actually falls, piles up and drains away. Match tiles to cut a channel, let the
sand pour out through it, and open the hatch before the snake reaches the family.
HOW TO PLAY
• Swap tiles to match 3 or more and blast an opening in the board
• Sand pours through the hole you just made - the physics does the rest
• Drain enough of it and the hatch springs open
• Get the family out before the snake, the rat or the spider gets to them

• Real falling sand and flowing water, simulated grain by grain, not an animation
• Water spreads, levels out and finds its own way down - every level plays out differently
• A timer you can actually see: the threat crawls toward the family while you dig
• 40 handcrafted levels, then endless generated ones
• Special tiles - bomb, rainbow, combo - that you can swipe anywhere on the board
• Boosters for when you are stuck: hammer, freeze, +5 moves

Every level is one rescue. The mother is behind a jammed hatch, the sand is over her head,
and the way out opens only when you drain it. Miss the time and the level ends the honest
way - try again, with a hammer this time.
REBUILD THEIR HOME
The gold you win goes into the family's home. They start under a cardboard box in the rain
and work their way up: a tent in the park, someone's gazebo, a corner of a stranger's kitchen,
a house of their own, and finally their own garden. Six locations, dozens of repairs, and the
family settles in a little more with every one of them.
