Not a scam, it's an app for their loan officers and you can't sign it because you'd need a Microsoft account from them to connect. However, it's a little odd and suspect that they'd place this and two other apps for their employees for public download instead of a private intranet. Any employee that has their account compromised would allow access through this publicly available app and have access to customer data. Also, how does a company as big as this NOT have an app for customers? Fail.

Employee only tool that works great and meets all expectations!

Where's the customer service? Great, you have somewhere that your loan officers can look things up! How about those of us who have a home loan and want to have access to viewing that information easier than jumping on a computer.
