Not a scam, it's an app for their loan officers and you can't sign it because you'd need a Microsoft account from them to connect. However, it's a little odd and suspect that they'd place this and two other apps for their employees for public download instead of a private intranet. Any employee that has their account compromised would allow access through this publicly available app and have access to customer data. Also, how does a company as big as this NOT have an app for customers? Fail.

this is a scam. Redirects to a MS login page attempting to get credentials and the email address for the app is to a Gmail account. STAY AWAY!!
