I had to unintall, redownload the app, update my log in information. Only to go through the process to find out I can't transfer funds anymore between accounts for Keesler members. This is horrible and they are about to lose members if they do not get it together. Exactly why I hate them and they are no longer my primary bc it's always something with them.

This is a classic example of making a bad situation worse. So I cant access the old app and have to wait 24 hours for approval to access the new app. No...let's not repair the old app and let people update it. Let's just shut the whole thing down and start over with a new app that they cant access. Brilliant!!!!

Really KFCU??!! It's even worse than the last app! Can't get logged in with any of my 3 kfcu accounts! No website. No app. Branches closed. What are we supposed to do to get our money?? Hire a new tech company to build a user friendly, comparable and working app or you will have ALOT of members Changing banks! And I am one of them
