• Manage up to 30 Consumer numbers in one user account.
• Check Bill Details for the past 24 months and download in PDF format.
• Check Consumption Details for the past 24 months.
• Check Payment History for the past 24 months.
• Transaction History - Receipt PDF download.
• View bill details and pay your bills using credit cards, debit cards, and net-banking.
• Notifications alerting bill due date, payment confirmation, etc.
All you need:
• A smartphone with Android Operating System (OS 5.0 or above).

Ratings and reviews

App is asking to update but there are no available updates in Google play store. Tried to pay electricity bill via UPI through the app but kseb app showing error code after payment carried out through Google pay UPI. Amount deducted from bank but not showing in app. 1/1/26 Issue has been resolved. Thank you so much!!!

good app. But with the Roof Top Solar being common there could have been an option for knowing the banking account balance and it's settlement history. the image in playstore shows rooftop solar but no such app feature available

Previously, you could check the status of your application through this app. For several months now, it has not been possible to check the status of your application. It is also possible through the website.

What’s new

* e-Nach Auto Debit Registration - Provision to register for Auto Debit (e-NACH/e-Mandate) through Union Bank for Electricity Bill payments is now available in the KSEB Mobile App.
* Report Hazard - Users can now report hazards around them by submitting necessary details.
* Hazard History - View and track hazards users have reported in the past.
