Ratings and reviews

Now app is full error since April 4. I am unable to register complaint and give feedback through this app. When I clicked on Register a complaint button, getting error message "Error: Invalid complaint type". Complaint history page is also showing error message " Error: Something went wrong please try after sometime" When I clicked on Service feedback button, app shows "Error: Consumer Service Data Not Found". Your team didn't solve this bug yet. Very very bad service.

The only flaw is that the payment is not reflected instantly in the app though it is credited towards our bill and the remittance is confirmed by sms and email instantly. But in the app, even 48hrs it may take to get our payment updated. Any how the app is far better than many other ---pay apps and paid apps. All history features are useful, any time any bill in pdf, in particular. Using for years, only once it prevented me from loging in and that was also because of some maintenance issue.

It was working fine till last billing cycle. I have been trying to access this app since the past 2 weeks, but getting the error message 'cant connect to server' 'check your internet connection'. Whats happening? How do we pay bills? Isn't there any technical team who can rectify this error? Its frustrating.

* e-Nach Auto Debit Registration - Provision to register for Auto Debit (e-NACH/e-Mandate) through Union Bank for Electricity Bill payments is now available in the KSEB Mobile App.
* Report Hazard - Users can now report hazards around them by submitting necessary details.
