• A personalized My Account for registered consumers (Registration can be done in a minute on wss_kseb.in in the new user registration section).
• Quick Pay facility for making payments without registration.
• New user Registration.
• View/Edit consumer profile.
• Manage up to 30 Consumer numbers in one user account.
• Check Bill Details for the past 24 months and download in PDF format.
• Check Consumption Details for the past 24 months.
• Check Payment History for the past 24 months.
• Transaction History - Receipt PDF download.
• View bill details and pay your bills using credit cards, debit cards, and net-banking.
• Notifications alerting bill due date, payment confirmation, etc.
All you need:
• A smartphone with Android Operating System (OS 5.0 or above).
• Internet connectivity such as GPRS/EDGE/3G/Wi-Fi.

I tried to register new account but because of some error I couldn't got otp. Next day I tried but it is showing the message that already registered. so I didn't register. very bad system. Then I tried to login as guest but it says mobile number not matching. It is false information message because I provide correct mobile number

after the updates, there is no change in the issue I can't able to login, when I tried, it says " Something went wrong". I can't able to login Please reply. I tried again as suggested but no difference

1. Username/Password was used when mobile phones were not that popular. The mobile number and OTP itself was enough for a secured login. 2. One user can have more than one house and hence more than one consumer number. But the app doesn't allow us to add another consumer number. 3. For rented houses, tenants would add their mobile number for alerts. But there is no option to delete the number, once they move out. Often KSEB calls the wrong tenants, as they cannot delete the number
