About this app

This is the official mobile app of MidTown Cinemas. We now provide you a convenient way to choose your seats, buy/reserve your seats and keep track of all the latest movie schedules. The app also provides the list of upcoming movies, the movies that will be screened next and a brief summary of those movies. You can choose to be notified of the daily showtimes, the upcoming movies, your reservations and your showtimes.

Integrated into the app is the virtual card and a visual interface for MTC Advantage, our customer loyalty program. Use the virtual card to claim reward points of your movie ticket purchases and the visual interface to keep track of the rewards you deserve!

Ratings and reviews

Update: There's a always payment issue, most of the time the payment doesn't go though. It gets stuck on processing state, neither you can try again nor cancel it. And, if that's not the case, you get Black screen or payment failed error. Booking is so difficult/confusing.The server can't handle high traffic. Not sure what they do with these updates, haven't seen any changes since 2018 :( VERY UNSATISFIED !! 0 STAR REVIEW Last review: The app keeps on crashing after I logged into the account.

Both the app and the web experience is awful. Web is using unnecessary loading animation and this app just couldn't access the internet even though my internet is working just fine. Straight uninstalled.

Hello midtown, Overall app is good but there is problem with the reservation. In my opinion the reservation Time should only be up to 1hour or max 2hour. It really creates problem for the buyers.
