On the new myPHX311 Mobile app you will be able to communicate with the City in a variety of ways. Some of the options include:

Bill pay services:

• Pay your City Services (water and trash) Bill
• Park and Rec fees

• And other payments

Tell the City:

• Property Violations
• Weeds or Dead Plants
• Litter and Debris
• Water Leaks
• Street Light Repair
• Traffic Signal Issues
• Graffiti Removal
• Report non-emergency crime
• And more

Requests:

• Trash and Recycle containers
• Start/Stop or Transfer water and trash services
• Trash, recycle and bulk trash schedules

Ratings and reviews

It's a pain to log into and while it looks easy to "tell the city" about an issue, the mapping feature does not work well. If you enter an approximate area or address you can't update it as you used to be able to on the website. You're stuck with the wrong address or you have to completely start over again (even logging out so the app forgets the incorrect address).

Pointless app. When you go to pay your bill "through the app" is redirects you online which you then end up logging in twice. Just decommission the app and direct people to your website if that's what you're going to do.

Is this a joke? It's just a repackaged web browser that takes you to the city website (in desktop mode, btw, the biggest insult). How much did our tax dollars pay for this? Who actually approved it? This "app" should've been laughed out of the room.
