REOS is a secure, builder-branded community operating system designed for modern residential and commercial communities. The platform enables residents, society committees, guards, concierge staff, and property administrators to manage daily community operations through one connected ecosystem. Residents can manage visitor approvals, access notices and announcements, book amenities, track maintenance records, receive society updates, raise concierge requests, and stay connected with their community through a centralized mobile experience. Security staff can manage gate operations including visitor entries, delivery management, worker tracking, and society work updates in real time. Committee and management members can manage notices, events, polls, amenity operations, resident approvals, and community workflows through role-based access controls. REOS supports a multi-tenant builder-branded architecture. Users initially download REOS from the app store and then connect to their specific builder or community using a tenant ID or onboarding QR code. Once connected, the in-app branding, logos, colors, and community configuration are customized for that specific builder or property ecosystem.
