Most of the exercises are available as audio files. You can use this at home, at work or on the road through the speakers of the phone or headphones listening The volume is easily regulated via the controls of your phone. Guests will also find in the "rejuvenator" some motion video. As they are downloaded from the Internet, a wireless connection is recommended for performing these exercises.

Use our exercises in the fields of relaxation and exercise to counteract actively the pain. For practical guidance in the following areas:
