Worst banking experience ever. Samba Bank branch service is extremely slow and unhelpful. The Mobile App is even worse.Customer support is useless. I do not trust this bank with my money. Branch staff are slow and lack basic cooperation. But the Mobile App service is the biggest failure — fund transfers fail, balance doesn’t update, and OTPs arrive too late. When you contact support they just waste your time with no solution. Complete waste of time and money. 0/5⭐

I downloaded the app and it's not even opening. I have tried reinstalling it multiple times and it's still not working. I just opened the account in this bank and want to register my mobile application but I am already very disappointed.

worst experience with this app, firstly it was giving internal server error then after having immense hassle it got fixed and now I'm unable to get any otp neither on email nor app, I'll advise to use another bank rather than this hell of a joke
