changing rating from 2 to 1 star based on the reply. generic reply from dev team is no solution of how bad banking with Samba App is. locating a samba branch and going there is easier than using this app. My only reason to bank with Samba is because it's next to my house. But I travel a lot and this App is not reliable. most of the times it doesn't open. sometimes it doesn't work on WiFi and you have to connect to phone data. if it opens, it's extremely slow.

Every time there is a new issue with a new update. Changed my password multiple times for the new app and still unable to login since it says that I have provided an incorrect password. I seriously regret having an account with such a bank. No proper testing before deploying changes to production. Even now the support team says that it would take around 24 to 48 hours for the issue to get resolved. What if someone's entire earning is stuck in their Samba account. Edit : Nothing resolved .

Critical Me
Why do you guys have to fix what's not broken? The old app was working fine, it was light and easy to navigate. 1. When you send a payment, the user needs to send the screenshot to the recipient as confirmation. The screen shown after sending payment is useless and unprofessional with emojis and flares. 2. The app is full of errors, I had to call and find out that I am not suppose to use any capital letters in the username. Was it that hard to use the old usernames the way they were? Bad job
