The application works well, and does just about everything I need it to do. With one notable exception. Even though I have biometrics enabled they regularly fail. I'm pushed back to username and password, and then waiting for a text message, and then gaining access. I will re-enable biometrics, and a few days later they seem to fail again. It's very annoying.

The biometrics login never "sticks." The app always asks for my password instead, and then it insists on sending me a text so I can get into the app. On the rare occasions when the biometric login does work, the app opens without jumping through more hoops. I've tried clearing the cache, force stopping the app, and restarting my phone to fix this issue. Why bother having biometric login if it doesn't work 99% of the time? Very frustrating.

FIX YOUR CHECK PHOTO SYSTEM. It's so bad. It doesn't take the photo when the camera is in focus. It's like it waits a half second after it's supposed to take the check photo and the end result is blurry and literally NEVER in focus. The viewfinder looks fine, but even using a tripod to hold the phone perfectly still results in blurry, warped photos. Been an issue for over a year. How does your bank even accept check photos that bad???
