The newly updated app is poorly designed, misrepresents account info, and has lost some useful features from the older version. The new version doesn't distinguish between traditional 403(b) and roth 403(b) - it is showing the total of both as just one roth 403(b) account. And the graphs used to have 2 curves - one for the total balance and one for just the contribution amounts. Now only the total balance is shown, so it's hard to visualize how well the allocation mix is performing over time.

FIX YOUR CHECK PHOTO SYSTEM. It's so bad. It doesn't take the photo when the camera is in focus. It's like it waits a half second after it's supposed to take the check photo and the end result is blurry and literally NEVER in focus. The viewfinder looks fine, but even using a tripod to hold the phone perfectly still results in blurry, warped photos. Been an issue for over a year. How does your bank even accept check photos that bad???

11-17-2023: + Login page doesn't work with 1Password. I shouldn't have to copy and paste my credentials into your app. + App needs chat support. 3-22-2022: Not good... on my Android phone it only gives a number pad to type in my user name and password fields. These fields do not work with 1Password for some reason. Not good for an app that needs high security. Pasting in my credentials from 1Password still doesn't log in. It just reloads the log in page without any errors displayed.
