RB Mobile Live is an app created for use with the RB Control Systems point of sale and business management software. It allows the user to do line busting through the Retail section, track service appointments through the Service section, and bring up detailed reports for the manager on the go through the Management section. RB Mobile Live also allows users to keep in touch with other users through inner office messaging. Finally, users can even use RB Mobile Live for punching in or out on the Time Clock and updating their Physical Inventory information.

This is easily the most poorly optimized, buggy, and frustrating app I have ever had the displeasure of using! I use it everyday for work and it is the worst part of my work day. 1) Load times vary from quick, to just restart the app, it'll be faster in areas with good, consistent connection. 2) Cursor moves to the end of the work notes while editing. 3) I will attempt to click on a work order and it will drop down but not open the work order, over and over. 4) I ran out of characters.

I, unfortunately, am required to use this app for my job. Between the constant logging out, freezing and crashing, it is my conclusion that this app it truly useless. I am doing everything in my power to convince my employers to drop RB and go to something more reliable. If you are a company looking to invest in a program like this, Skip RB and find something else.

App works well for what it does, we use it for our service techs to review their schedule, and during winter to do our inventory counts
